Earlier this year, we launched a giveaway for one lucky LAB member to win a first class trip. It was our way of saying thank you to the community that makes LABFRESH what it is. When we sat down with our travel partner Kaer to review the original plan, we decided it wasn't big enough. So we levelled up.

We are taking the winner to Tanzania! 

Seven days. Two intimate lodges. The Ngorongoro Crater, forest bathing in Arusha National Park, and long, uncluttered horizons, designed as a deliberate counterpoint to the velocity of modern life. The journey is facilitated by Ela Manga, founder of Breathwork Africa and former medical practitioner, who will guide the group through breathwork, nature immersion, and intentional reflection.

We will also join the trip as hosts and fellow travellers.
