Tracking your order
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse (usually within 24 hours on business days), you will receive an email with your Track & Trace link. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder or get in touch.
If you have recevied your Track & Trace link, but it shows no information - please give it some time to fully update. If still nothing, do reach out!
Orders generally dispatch within 24 hours from our warehouse on business days. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
You can track your order using your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you see a Track & Trace link, then your order has been handed over to the chosen carrier and is no longer in our possesion.
If you still don't see any updates in the Track & Trace link, give it some time - if nothing updates, please reach out to us!
Returns & Exchanges
Would you like to exchange or returns your items? No worries. We happily offer returns & exchanges within 60 days of purchase, and free return labels for most EU countries.
We handle exchanges for free. Full refunds are costly for the planet and for us. Therefore we charge €5 shipping costs for full refunds (only) - we hope this will reduce the negative impact of excessive return logistics.

Pre-orders
We may offer pre-orders on selected styles during promotions. You will find an indication of the shipping time on each product page.
When ordering a pre-ordered item and an in-stock item in one order, the order will ship when the pre-ordered items are ready too. If both items in your basket are over €60, you are eligible for separate shipping. Submit your request by contacting us.
